Zhoushan Magellan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint ventured high-tech enterprise which focus on oil sludge and oil contaminative material including but not limited soil for further decontaminated treatment.  Magellan Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd which based Singapore as the major shareholder, combined with some investors based China including Zhejiang Baoyi Group. Zhoushan Magellan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.was established and commence business in September 2018 in Zhoushan, Zhejiang province of China, registered capital up to 20 million USD, two main   subsidiaries Zhoushan Magellan Logistics Co., Ltd. and Zhoushan Xinhe Ship Tank Cleaning Co., Ltd. are wholly-owned.

Total Manufacture site area: 46,597.92 square meters (equal with 4.66 hectares), constructions area up to 35,000 square meters. The total investment amount for factory construction including facility/equipment’s purchase and assemble up tto 40 million USD,. The factory is equipped with 2 individual treatment line for oil tank residues and ship oil sludge decontamination,  annual treatment capacity including 150,000 tons of oily sewage, 100,000 tons of contaminated mineral oil and 50,000 tons of oil sludge. Simultaneously , rely on these raw material, can converted and produced about 30,000 tons semi-finished petrochemicals annually for industrial.

The relative patent and edge-cutting treatment for contaminative material owned by the company to make up the for the lack of Zhoushan's environmental protection scope. Enterprise have been deem as a successful model of cooperation between Zhejiang Province local government and Singapore Enterprise Development Board Council , especially in environmental protection field in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone. Accompany with continuous development of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone, company aim to develop into large-scale, high-tech environmental protection enterprise, specializing in the harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization for oil sludge/sewage, utilized waste comprehensively, converted into resource for various industries. Environment protection goals have been set up by local governments such as oil sludge should be treated in city range only which required by Zhejiang free zone administration bureau, fulfilling the proposal by local Zhejiang province government which “hazardous waste should be treated in vicinity only to avoid further pollution”,  Magellan making significant efforts to contribute to the protection of environment and decabonization goal.
